    Built home in 2020 Garage doors haven't worked properly since installation. TBS has been out multiple times and still can't resolve the issues. Called to have system replaced. Said they wouldn't do it as they've been out to many times. I asked to speak with the owner of the company and never received a call back or have a fix scheduled.

    The main issues ********************** was experiencing with his Garage Doors was caused by the painting of the doors. We originally installed the doors 1/26/2021 in a factory primed white and his builder contracted a 3rd party to paint the doors.
    The painters failed to paint the doors correctly causing excessive paint between the sections and on the inside of the perimeter seal. The paint becomes tackey and forms a bond between the sections (like glue) and door will not perform correctly.
    This is not a warranty situation and we TBS cannot remedy the problem. We recommend removing the paint or full replacement of the sections.
