Shortly after mothers day 2025, I purchased 2 mothers day sweet treats mailbox gift package upc code 8-10100`7303-6 from my local ******'s with 4 large name brand candy's hot glued together in it..The candy was all melted where the hot glue was, and wasn't eatable. The hot glue chemicals could have leaked into the candy and made me sick. I called the company customer service supervisor, and they were very rude saying, They don't deal with customers directly only their retailers only, said hey would send to their quality ***** There is an obvious quality of assembly issues affecting the contents.I'm am seeking an acknowledgement, explanation, refund, or supplier credit...

I placed order W8127589 on Monday, January 8th, 2023. This order was for a large amount of inventory. The description on the website for these items, it says "New Arrival, On Sale" and that they are from the "January" Catalog. I received these with an expiration date in March of 2023. The order confirmation email, which is attached, stated at the bottom of the email "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: If you're not satisfied with your merchandise for any reason, you *** return it within 30 days from the date of receipt." Not being satisfied, due to the large quantity of items purchase, I reached out to see what could be done. Their reply stated "I do see where the expiration dates on this product adheres to our policy of 1 month from the time order is shipped". The problem is that this policy is not mentioned anywhere on their website. Attached are the policies on the site. I even mentioned this in my response to them. The only thing mentioned within their policies with regards to final sales was related to clearance items, which these were not. They also mentioned that "All food sales are final and not returnable.", but yet again, this is not stated within their policies and to the contrary the return policy states "Return requests can be submitted for merchandise that simply does not meet your expectations." To add insult to injury, the final reply stated that they were closing my account, stating I should have never had an account because I sell on Amazon. The fact is this information was disclosed upon account opening and was not an issue. Therefore, this action is retaliatory. I could certainly pursue this legally, but I prefer to gain a resolution otherwise. That *** still be an option, depending on the outcome of this complaint.
