    After paying over $3,000 for a couch, it came in horrible condition. We have attempted many many times to discuss this with the company. The piping on the back was falling off out of the crate, the wiring on the electrical cord is damaged, there are pencil markings all over the back where it looks like they attempted to glue the pockets on straight. The threading in the seat is discolored and dirty, there were dirty spots on the leather itself. The company suggested we use leather cleaner. Needless to say, it didn't work. It appears like the leather was dry rotted. The color was falsely advertised as we order the pink couch and it came to us in peach, the legs don't fit and the fiberglass was cracked upon uncrating. We are extremely disappointed in our purchase. The company offered us $50 to go buy leather cleaner and hot glue to fix the poorly made piece of furniture ourselves. These are only a few of the issues. We are currently filing a complaint with BBB and will be contacting the Attorney General's Office regarding the false advertisement and the inability to work with customer service. Buyer beware. We will never be purchasing anything from this company again.

    Bought bathroom vanity 2199$ arrived well packed on a shipping crate was told by cs to inspect everything while driver waits .. lol to that! He couldn't leave fast enough. Luckily all in one piece . I ordered a wood vanity with white top as in their photos . What arrived was a hideous cream yellow oatmeal with specs. No thanks . No one in their right mind would install a off white counter .. anyway the agent on the phone was mean rude and non helping . Wouldn't do a thing to make this right . I want what I paid for a white vanity . See photos . Dispute filed with cc and bbb.
