      I purchased the MosquitoNix system for my house. The system did not provide the results as advertised by the sales ********* system is not effective at reducing mosquitos. I had informed the business several times of the lack of effectiveness. They said they would make adjustments but these adjustments never resulted in a reduction of mosquitos. On March 8, 2023 I sent MosquitoNix a service cancellation request. They chose to come to my property after this date, service the system and are now charging me a service fee. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company, MosquitoNix continues to recharge my card every month.My complaints are related to the system not working as advertised, the lack of responsiveness related to cancelling my account and the continued poor customer service related to continuing to charge my credit card for a service I cancelled.

      We purchased a mosquito spray system installed in our backyard, in which the system is supposed to go off multiple times a day and eliminate mosquitos and lake flies. We were promised the system would work on lake flies, and it does not. The issue is that they have disconnected our system for the winter and they refuse to come back and connect it now that the weather has warmed up. Our yard is overrun with mosquitoes and every time a door is opened they fly into our house. I have called them multiple times and they will never answer the phone or return phone calls. The one time I did speak to someone, they promised to send someone out to spray our yard until the system could be reconnected by them. We were told they would come on a certain date and no one showed up and no phone call. We have left several messages for them and no one returns our calls. They have now charged my credit card $80. For nothing. They are charging me money for work they are not doing and we can't even get a hold of someone to talk to about it. This is a terrible company and a very expensive system that we paid for initially and we can't even use it but are being charged anyway.
