    Firedog.com is not a reputable company to deal with. Sent a riding mower gas tank without the gas cap after it said it was included. **************** was unconcerned leaving me on hold for ************************************* it would be less than 30 seconds for the next agent.Do not purchase from them at all.

    This is the worst company ever. I ordered a mower part for my father on 08/06/2022. It's now 11/21/2022, and still no part. These scammers then had the audacity to request an additional $172 to ship the part. They obviously are selling parts they do not have in stock. They continuously pushed the ship back until I had enough. I told my father I am cancelling his order and will find the part elsewhere.
