    If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company has inaccurate website descriptions and photos of their products. The requirements of there equipment rentals not being listed on the website created a situation that the item could not be utilized. They have an unrealistic return policy for rental equipment as well. They are not customer friendly either. I dropped the item at the location for a FedEx pickup by the date required; however, FedEx didn't get it scanned in for a few days, which I was not aware of. Ultimate Confetti charged me a late fee the same amount of the rental price and would not work with me and was not understanding to the situation at hand. So essential I was charged double the amount for equipment that I couldn't even use. Since they would not work with me on sorting this out, I have to now charge back for both the rental price and late fee with my credit card company.
    There are many company's similar to Ultimate Confetti that should be chosen over this company. Avoid at all costs.
