    We ordered custom made mirrors from this company in June. For many weeks, we were told they would be installed each week. We then received weekly excuses that they were broken, delayed delivery, etc. It depended on if you spoke with ***** or ***** what information you received. They were also to install the mirrors which I also have text message proof.Today, the mirrors were delivered after many delays. The mirrors are incorrect sizes, and they did not install them. They left the mirrors against the wall and left. Instead of ***** and ***** trying to correct the situation, I received text messages from them saying "fuck you" and calling me a "cry baby". They have already been paid, and I have worthless mirrors sitting my house now. Another situation in June as well for a custom made shower glass. The shower glass is installed so poorly it almost falls over when you open the shower door. They simply told me it is what it is. We now have to have a new shower glass remade after already paying them for the horrific work.This is unacceptable. We are expecting an entire refund for the glass shower and mirrors.Happy to share all screenshot text messages.

    Spoke with the business who indicated that the issue was resolved with the consumer directly. They issued a refund for the mirrors and allowed the consumer to keep the product without charge.
