    The review that was left by ************************* was generated by an actual interaction from an inquiry made via my business email, which is listed on my business website. This email is provided to anyone who has questions about our clothing items. I am an online business only and have many reviews from customers not only here in ***************** but also in Europe and *****. If the BBB is questioning the authenticity of this review, I suggest that the person who left the review, ***************************, be contacted. I do not know what the procedure is for someone leaving a review for a registered BBB business, but most likely they have to register before they can leave a review or at least provide an email like the one listed next to ***************************** name. I hope that this is not going to become a prominent issue when someone else decides to leave a review, whether it's a positive or negative review of my business.In regards to the answer that was generated to *************************, its important to note that her review was not in response to a purchase she had made, although it referenced thanking ************************* for her purchase, which was an oversight when answering many email inquiries we receive each day from customers who made a purchase, customers who are inquiring about an item, or businesses reaching out to offer their services.I will ensure that something like this does not happen again to prevent any concerns from the BBB when the next customer decides to leave a review.
