    ************************* ****************** Ref: SCAMMED/FRAUD THROUGH NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION ELEGANT PRINCESS DIAMONDS ******************************** May 6, 2024 To whom this may concern, I ************************* have been scammed through electronic means by a Non-Profit named ELEGANT PRINCESS DIAMONDS ********************************. On or about March 30, 2024 I was introduced to ******************* CFO of the Non-Profit ELEGANT PRINCESS DIAMONDS.I spoke with ******************* letting her know I was needing a place to live and ******************* stated to me she could help me get into an apartment but she first had to create me a new profile to get an apartment, but it would take 72 hours to generate a score, I agreed because I was in a despite situation needing a place to live with my minor son. I have two other witnesses that was on three-way call that can verify this conversation and transaction with CFO ******************* of ELEGANT PRINCESS DIAMONDS.After about 3 days, I started calling, texting and emailing ******************* and not getting any reply back, this started to really concern me because I had to be out of the place I was living with my minor son, we had no where to go, my step-mom start texting April on social media, she responded and ensured my step-mom she was going to get me ************************* an apartment and not to worry. Me and my step-mom was still unable to contact ******************* she was ignoring our calls another text message was sent to ******************* on social media, ******************* agreed to refund my $250.00 twice and I sent the request to ELEGANT PRINCESS DIAMONDS through Cashapp and still no reply. On April 26, 2024 I called CFO ******************* and she guaranteed me that she would get me into an apartment and at that time I expressed that I had to move out my current place and I then requested my funds in the amount of $250.00 and she expressed to me that it would be Friday before she can refund me $250.00 on May 3, 2024. Today is May 6, 2024 and I have been unsuccessful on reaching CFO ******************* of ELEGANT PRINCESS DIAMONDS she refuses to answer my calls. I attached all the emails, text messages, payment transaction and call logs of the numerous times I have reached out to her. I have not donated any portion of my funds because I did not know this was a Non-profit until I started researching to make complaint of being victim of scam/fraud. I have no daughters I only have sons so I am a consumer that was taken advantage of through electronic means from a Non-Profit Organization.Sincerely,************************* (consumer)
