    They gave us a price of 1700 dollars to replace a fan motor and the estimate did not break down anything. Also not able to fix until Thursday(3 days from now) after already not having any AC for 2 days. I'm pretty sure it was a push to get us to replace the whole unit for 7k+ which is also ridiculous pricing.When I called they told they arent able to break down parts and labor due to "algorithms ", I know for a fact the motor itself is about 300 dollars. The man was rude and condescending, told me not fixing it would cost me 0 dollars. This place will happily rip you off because they know you need your AC in ******If you need something fixed, so yourself a favor and skip this price gouging company.Update, called another place, they came out and fixed it on the spot for 1000 in under an hour. Advanced heating and air will price ***** you, do not use them!!!!! Call ********** instead.

    Hello,

    You initially reached out to us on Sunday, July 14th. While onsite, our technician found the fan motor on your system had failed and needed replacement. We were unable to reach out to the warehouses for pricing/availability as they were closed for the weekend, so we made it a point to reach out first thing Monday morning. According to our local supply house this motor needed to be ordered straight from the factory, so we placed the order and paid express overnight shipping in an attempt to expedite wait times. We were told the part may be available by the end of the business day Tuesday or early morning Wednesday. When we called to schedule, we explained that we would preemptively schedule for Thursday, but if we could obtain the motor earlier, we could get out sooner for the repair. 

    As far as your price gouging claim, we offer straight forward pricing that includes the cost of parts, labor, warranty and any freight charges that we may accrue for the parts or materials needed. We do not change the cost of these repairs due to seasonal changes and can assure you we would quote you the same price had you requested an estimate in the fall or winter. Replacement of the condenser was only provided to you as an option to avoid any further issues due to the age and condition of that unit.  


    We are pleased to hear you were able to find another company that was able to come out and make the necessary repairs to get you back up and cooling.

    Weve used Advanced since 2018 when our a/c went out when we were on vacation. They worked with our house sitter, coming out well after hours on a weekend night and fixing everything. When we needed a new heat pump a couple of years later, they were the obvious choice. Theyve taken care of everything so thoroughly and I recommend them to anyone who asks.

    CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! This company will rip you off. I had technician *********************** come out Saturday June 10th to check my A/C, I was told it would be a $149 charge just to trouble shoot the problem. I was fine with that being a weekend, however I didn't know **** would take advantage of my situation and rip me off. He told me the problem was the capacitor and it would another $249 to replace it. That seemed high, but I have family from out of state in town and needed to get my A/C fixed. So, I agreed to the service, after the Technician left I decided to look up that part and I see it sales for $15. Bottom line I paid $398 to replace a $15 part. Then Technician did a sloppy job, he didn't have the correct size for the part, so he ************ it to make it fit. It looks like an amateur installed it. There are far too many A/C companies out there you can use. STAY AWAY FROM ADVANCE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING, instead of being a ******* of our community they rather take advantage of the people in the community.

    *** was great! We were scheduled for a 5-pm-7pm arrival window, and *** called me at 1:30pm. He said he was ahead of schedule and would be at our house in 10 minutes. Our heater went out in the middle of the night while it was 13 degrees outside. He showed up and diagnosed the issue and repaired it within 30 minutes. Our house is heating back up and its saving me an overnight hotel bill.

    I email this company for a bid and estimate for an ac/furnace replacement for a double wide home got a reply email that said the " they do not service manufactured homes. Just to let people that own manufactured home to beware. I didnt see or noticed any disclosure to let me know on there website that they do not service manufactured homes. I felt my time wasted. Unfortunately they were not the only ones.
