I manage a private estate, as well as the condo unit described, for a couple in *******ServiceTech was referred to us by the manager of the Independent Condominium building as we have a desire to add blackout shades to all rooms that do not have them (currently only the bedrooms do). I originally asked for as-built drawings from construction, but the Independent manager said they did not have those and it was best for me to work directly with ServiceTech since they were the ******** who originally installed all of the Lutron infrastructure in the building. In the beginning, ServiceTech was very responsive and came out promptly to get measurements and provide a proposal. I met with ***** (Founder/President) and ******* (Director of Professional Services) in the unitit was a bit odd that they already knew who the owner was and stated that they were in the bidding process for the original construction of the primary residence/property. ***** seemed eager to get this smaller project done in hopes of doing bigger projects at the primary residence in the future. After providing the proposal, there was some quick follow up on when it would be signed and when they would receive payment to get the parts order started. That was late September of 2023. The attached email threads show the constant delaying of timelines and false promises. I tried to call ***** directly on May 23, 2024, which is where the text thread started. In this thread is where he gave me two false installation dates that I showed up for only to be stood up by his technicians, which I dont believe were ever really scheduled. On the second occasion (7/19/24) is when he put me in touch with someone else in his office who told me they were still waiting on parts, which has been the excuse all along. This is when I asked to get a full refund, checked in a week later after no response and still have not heard anything back. Our attorney sent a letter (8/1/24) demanding a refund but have not heard back.

Contracted Service Tech to provide wiring, networking, audio visual equipment and installation for new office. Service Tech required significant payment up front for equipment purchases, etc. They continually failed to show up on scheduled work days/times, did not complete the work as contracted, and did not deliver equipment paid for in advance. We have notified them of breach of contract but they have not responded.
