    According to my insurance company I was over charged by Austin ENT and I am due a ********* insurance company and I have left several messages with them.They will not return any of our phone calls to even discuss the matter.

    I am owed a refund from this dr of $113.37. I saw *************** for an earache on 4/10/2023. At that time, I was charged and paid $155.20. My insurance at that time, ********** Blue Shield, processed the claim 4/26/2023, and determined I should pay $41.83. I am due a refund of $113.37. On 5/22/2023 I called because I had not received a refund. I had to leave a message and no one returned my call. I texted them 6/1/2023 because I could not get a return call. They gave me a new number to call. I was told by ****** that it could take up to 4 weeks to receive the refund because the lady in the office only writes the checks once a month. I called again 7/10/2023 having still not received a refund and left a message with ******. She said it could take 4-6 weeks, and that the lady who issues the checks had been on vacation the last 2 weeks of June. I called again 7/21 and left a message but no one returned the call. I called again 7/27 with no one returning my call. I also called 7/28 and ****** told me the lady who writes the checks now has COVID and hasn't written the check yet. I called again 8/4 with no answer. On 8/9 ****** called me to say the lady was writing the check that day (that I was listed on the spreadsheet although I didn't have a check **** next to my name yet). I did not receive the check, so I called again 8/17 and 8/23 with no answer. I also reached out to the insurance on Friday, 8/25 to see if they could do anything. The **** rep tried to call with no answer. I would like to get my $113.37 back from this doctor.

    Hi there,I am currently facing an issue with one of the medical providers in Austin.They made me pay for a procedure while I was at their office and mentioned that I will receive a refund once my insurance pays for it.I received service around 11/2/2022. My insurance paid this off on 12/1/2022. Nobody from the facility has since contacted me and when I call, they are extremely rude and not empathetic. I spoke to a person named ****** and then she redirected me to *** who is their Operations admin, who has not replied to my email or returned my several calls. It is 5/23/2023, they have been dodging me and not sending the refund for almost 6 months since the date my insurance paid for this service in full. They shouldn't have charged me in the first place and now I am having to chase them for something my insurance covered fully.Would appreciate any help to resolve this asap.
