movers called ahead, arrived on time, reviewed the work to be done, worked safely going up stairs, sought our agreement all was done to our satisfaction , were courteous and respectful of our age, very pleasant to talk with, completed tasks promptly. Well satisfied

My family loves Square Cow! I was the first person in my family to move with them and the difference between them and our previous experiences were obvious immediately. Booking was easy, they called ahead the day of my move so I knew when to expect them, the whole crew introduced themselves and they were all positive and upbeat. I'd always gone into a move with a feeling that something would inevitably go wrong but these guys wrapped everything with padding and worked with urgency. I couldn't sing their praises enough and they made me a lifelong customer by serving with excellence!Now both my sisters and my parents have used them for different moves and we've all had great experiences. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Square Cow Moovers!
We had spread out our move over two days since we had items in 2 separate storage units and also in the apartment we were staying in while our home was being built. Throughout the entire process everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and understanding, since I had to reschedule the move 3 separate times due to construction issues. Raymond was my first contact when I scheduled the move and he asked all the right questions, making sure we had the right amount of crew and trucks for each task. On the first day, Daniel and his crew Tre’on, Jacob and Taylor met us at one of the storage lots in 2 large trucks after calling and coordinating with me. They were all very professional and respectful. They emptied the 10X15 unit that was filled to the top in no time and helped us load items they were not allowed to transport into our vehicle. Same at the second stop which was a larger unit. On the way to the house, they stopped to grab a quick bite and ate in their trucks. While unloading they were infinitely patient while I tried to direct them to the rooms the items needed to go. They had to work around painters that were finishing up, but took it all in stride. Tre’on even put together our sleep number bed. They had to work around a pile of dirt workers left on the walkway and did so with good humor. They worked quickly and efficiently, which resulted in my final bill being significantly less than the original quote! ??. The next day we got lucky and got Daniel and Tre’on again along with Roger. This time with one truck for the move out of the apartment. Just as before, everything was coordinated and went smoothly even though they had to work through rain and muddy conditions. Again, the final bill was less than the quote due to how quickly and efficiently they worked together. I highly recommend Square Cow Moovers and have actually referred family to them for their upcoming move.Square Cow Moovers

Hi *****,We hate to see your review, we try to answer the question on every move, is the client Happy? We seemed to have missed the **** and we are sincerely sorry for that. I have spoken with the manager you have been dealing with about repairs and I see that we did reach out last Friday about rescheduling the repair due and reached out Monday to set up the repair but didn't get a clear answer on if you were willing to allow us to continue on with the repair. This was the WORST MOVE EVER for us. The ****** manager is incompetent, incapable of producing an honest bid. They were 60% over their estimate on the day of the move. It took this minor league team of movers 16 hours to move us on moving day. Finished at 1 A.M. Let this sink in -- after the manager had a complete tour of the home, he guessed it would take 10 hours. It took 16. Do you want to hire a company that is moving furniture into your new home at midnight or after? What if you have small kids or are over 60? DO you want to hire a company that is incapable of treating its customers right? If the manager was honest and trustworthy he would have passed on the move because it's too big. We did lots and lots and lots of prepacking before they showed up late each day. It was their estimate, not ours. They destroyed a valuable piece of furniture. DESTROYED. They deeply scratched our dining room table. We received an insurance check, but the moving companies fail to pay 100% of their s**** **** We will not ever recommend this company to friends or enemies. If you have a larger home we do not believe they can handle the move. Don't trust them. The manager didn't want to give me any references. I pushed to get references. Received three, but no homeowners. That should have been the clue to me to not use this company. You can't trust SCM. It cost us money using SCM. Square Cow was awesome!!!! I had a move that required multiple stops and some decent travel time. They actually made moving day fun for me...yeah.... they were fast yet careful, funny yet professional, and they got the job done under the estimated time which saved me money. We hired Square Cow to handle our move from Cedar Park to **********. We had them pack as well as move **. The packers not only did not follow instructions on what to pack and what to leave, there were entire cabinets and drawers in addition to most of the garage that was never packed. Additionally, boxes were only marked with the room they were going to not any hint of what was in them so EVERYTHING had to be unpacked to find anything. The movers themselves were polite and professional but there were only two trucks and four mover and they left behind a ton of stuff even after spending 13 hours loading and unloading. Weve had to make multiple daily trips back and forth between houses to retrieve things left behind and rent a Uhaul to bring back the large items that they were specifically told to pack so we wouldnt have to do this. Very unsatisfactory experience overall.Square Cow Moovers

I dug in with my team and I do see that we sent a team out yesterday, 8/10 to help assist in finishing as well as refunded $350 towards the packing portion of your move.
