    This company has come out numerous times to repair my pool and have left it in worst condition than it started in each time they have come they have charged us over $2700 and still have not fixed the pool They have destroyed the control unit broke a pump and still have not returned to fix the problem

    ******************** has been reimbursed as requested for the initial issues with his pool. Not only was he reimbursed those items were fixed at no cost to him.  He had a nice conversation after this complaint was written as complaint to BBB with the owner (*******************) of Pegasus Pools and he even hand delivered the check to the homeowner, and everything was fine between customer and pool service company. The parts had to be ordered and sometimes incorrect parts took the expected time longer causing ******************** to grow highly impatient. Then new items arised after we completed repairs, and those items were billed to him. The new items that arrised were with his cleaner pump the housing for it was leaking and his relay for automation was bad as well, we sent him a quote for both of these parts, and he approved we completed the work on 6/19/23 billed the client the approve work order for ****** and is paid in full. At this time all work with us is competed and paid in full.
