    1 Star is too generous! Argumentative, with a strong inability to listen/believe what the customer says. Being Cynical and giving good **************** can't happen, when you go into a situation thinking people are trying to pull a scam, or are being dishonest, you won't give good ****************, which is EXACTLY what happened here!STAY AWAY! There are much, much better alternatives, and it's not just the front office, and not just the Technicians, it's both, unfortunately! The Technician was extremely unprofessional, and thanks to him, our A/C unit is no longer covered under the American Home Shield warranty, a warranty we paid upfront for the year! We bought this house 3.5 months ago, and because the Tech knows everything (sarcasm), he's single handedly screwed us with our AHS coverage plan, the premium plan AHS offers, that covered the most expensive appliance in the house, the A/C unit, now it's not covered. The Tech's a weasel, protected by the snake(s) upfront! The Tech took everything apart, took pictures of everything disconnected, and sent them to AHS, and told them someone else took it apart, all because he didn't want to work on it, WEASEL. (Laziness strikes again!) AHS has now dropped coverage for the A/C unit because of the Tech's deceitful practice, followed up with lies!! He should've put it back together, and just left, but that would require professionalism, something that's nonexistent with with Airmax!We've owned the house for a few months, and are now out 8 months of coverage. I even tried teaching out to them about what the Tech did, Airmax stood behind the Tech, completely disregarding us, our situation, and our house, THANKS AIRMAX!

    I'm sorry, but I can no longer stand by this company. I'm going to try to word this in a politically correct way, but this review needs to be written. I had a very complex Daikin heat pump system put in 2 years ago which was undersized by Airmax. It was undersized from day one. Airmax simply got the numbers wrong. We gave the system some time through the two seasons to see if it would work out, but it did not. The system could not keep up and would run at full throttle basically all the time. We have extreme ******* (and *******!) here, right? This caused the system to fail twice in the heat of the summer. The "right" thing to do here would be to resize the system correctly and prevent this from happening, but Airmax is simply too slow to respond. They are severely understaffed and took weeks to even hook up a computer to the system to send to Daikin. They took weeks to get equipment from Daikin. They don't communicate with me what they are asking from ******, leaving your house without a working system for weeks on end. If Airmax really wanted, they could have replaced the equipment with better equipment sooner, but instead they're dragging me through warranty red tape with Daikin with a homeowner left in the dark. This is not OK. This company simply doesn't have the capacity to service its customers and I strongly recommend you go somewhere else, especially if you are in the market to buy new equipment.
