      My name is ********************* and I am the president of the condos at ***********************************************************. A residence had a high pressure water problem. The resident had a *** and after contacting them about a water heater problem. The *** then sent A Discount Plumbing out and put a reducer on the water line to this residence, and needed the water turned off. The plumber did not show up until 1:45 pm. When the plumber arrived , The plumber said he needed to see the President of the **** I told that was me he said that this was the ***'s responsible. I tried to explain our declaration to him and he said that he knew this was the responsibility of the **** He said that if we did not take care of the problem that he would help the owner *** the **** He said that he could not do anything until we fixed the problem. He became so aggressive and loud, that a neighbor came out to make sure everything was okay. I then walked away. The plumber then called the owner and advised since the *** would not do anything that he could not do his job. The owner then called me and I explained to her that if the *** were to do something that it would take some time. I told the owner that other residents have had to put reducers on their line. While I was talking to the owner, the plumber was walking up and down the street checking everyone's water pressure. The plumber then called the owner back. I called the ************************ and talked to a gentleman named ******* I explained the situation to him and he did advise that the water pressure should be no higher than 80 psi. He said that it would be an undertaking to doing it at our meter, instead of at each residence as needed. When the plumber came back, and said he could not do anything since were o up to Code I got in my vehicle and left. I heard the plumber tell the resident that he could not do anything at this time. The plumber was bound and determined to be right son every discussion. This man was very unprofessional
