    We returned some lights we ordered for Boatlightplugs.com. A company under this LLC. We returned the lights and never received a refund. I message shortly after noticing the problem. We realized the card they were trying to return the refund to was close. They asked about it being closed and then never responded. Since there I had some health issues. And I'm not back to following up with the fact that we haven't been refunded our $460.00. They have been rude and unwilling to refund our money. They say it's been refunded but the account the was "refunded" is closed. Therefore the money had nowhere to go. I can't get them to reach out to their shopify account and show that the money was returned to them and they just keep telling me that they don't have the money and its My problem.

    The light I purchased burned up the first week I had it. Business refuses to refund or exchange the kit

    Item was purchased 14 months ago.

    As far as it "burning out in one week.." you can burn them out in one minute if you don't read the instructions. As this was the case with the customer.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    3 days after I bought the lights I emailed them and sent pics showing them they were hooked up correctly. The light caught fire while my family and I were asleep in our boat and I simply asked them to swap them or send another light style and they refused. And finally sent the burnt lights back to me after a few months. These lights could have killed my family and or burnt our boat down.

    As you can see from the screen shots.. this guy is a liar.  He sent the light back,  (see the screen shot of that)  he sent it back to ** to check.  The light was perfectly fine an operated as it should.  The drivers for the light were wired backwards by the customer.  His message stating he "was asleep" when this happened is a lie as well, as you can see from email screen shot.. recap

    1) he wired the light wrong as you can see from his own messages asking "do i have to use a driver"  (yes you do, we don't provide them for the fun of it) 

    2) he sent the light back to **, we checked it was working.  We sent it back to him working with new drivers for FREE.

    3) he wanted a different more powerful light, so we told him he would have to pay that difference, he refused.

    4) we did EVERYTHING to help him.. He refused.. we take care of EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER.

    The customer is not telling the truth.  Anyone who would like to read the facts we would gladly provide screen shots of how many different ways he screwed up the wiring.  The fact that we provided him options to upgrade, because he asked, the fact that we checked the light and it was perfectly operational and the fact that he wired it backwards.  He is intensifying this lies by stating that he "Was a sleep" when all this happened in and effort to provide scare tactics to our customers.  However, in his text and emails, he stated he was not.  He ordered this light 14 months ago, we handled it 14 months ago and haven't heard a peep from this customer since.  Now he contacts the ******************** to cry about it.  We attempted to upload photos and were only able to upload three.  BBB wants the facts but sensors what you can say and sensors what how many photos you can upload.  Again, you want the facts we have them.  Ask **.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    after having the lights for less than 30 days they refused to refund, exchange, or even help. I paid an installer to install them. Then lost more 
    miney paying to remove them  and they wouldnot even help me  and took forever to send my lights back  so yes  its been 14 months but this incident happened within 30 days of purchase and they took forever to send my stuff back. All they had to do was exchange or allow me to pay for upgraded light and this was solved.

    He stated he installed them himself.  If he hired an installer, the installer made the mistake, either way, based off all the messages I have provided on screen shots of this matter to the bbb, the facts are the facts.  He is wrong, he wired them wrong and his story is fabricated..  BBB can publish the pictures that show the facts or they can choose to ignore them.  However, we are no longer responding to this claim.  Anyone that would like to verify the facts is welcome to contact ** directly.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    never once said I installed them. Emails clearly will prove that I even said I had to pay to install and install. Even sent pics of how they were wired up. Its two wires per light. Not that hard. And instructions showed which wire goes to the long and short wire. How do you mess that up? And if wired wrong why didnt all 3 burn up. Plus. Everyone knows if wired wrong an led will not power on. Either way. Lets say just for an example they were wired wrong. There should be a fail safe such as a diode that wont allow current to flow if wired wrong. So theres no way someone can install wrong. Most good products have this. That fact that they dont tells you they cut corners. Not to mention that they are made in their backyard and they portray to be a big retailer and they are not. Just stay away guys. Do not do it. Too many reputable light sellers out there to even mess with these guys. Look up Diablo royal custoM and be sure  it to shop on any of their many websites with different names

    Diablo Royale Customs, LLC DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered their top of the line boat plug light thinking it would not require penetrating the hull but simply fits in place of the boat plug. Unfortunately it lasted less than a year before one light went out then about 6 month later the other side went out. You can tell water has intruded into the light.but dont worry it was under warranty WHAT A JOKE. They told me I had to remove the boat plug light and send it back for repair. Thats great it replaced the boat plug so I would either have to remove light and replace with a boat plug, then send the light back and wait for return. Or leave my boat inoperable without a boat plug until they repaired. I asked them to send me a new one I would then return the defective one, at first agreed but when got the point they refused said I had to return for repair.I would never do business with this company again. WARNING YOU SHOULD NOT EITHER.
