  Worst experience I have ever dealt with. I have been a customer with ******************** for many years we have bought multiple buildings. Went to buy two buildings. Had them delivered. The delivery guy wasnt experienced his machine kept having issues (the track came off 3 times) they couldnt fix the machine we wound up telling them how to fix the machine and helping them fix it. They didnt place the buildings where I needed them to be. I had piers poured for the building's and they didnt do what I asked. They were in a hurry to get to their business party and stated (we have to get ready and so do our wives). They didnt have enough fuel for there machine we had to give them fuel. They damaged the buildings badly. Repair man comes out to do the repairs and Im explaining to him the issues at hand. The largest building is un-level and sinking in the ground because they didnt place the building on my piers like asked too. He said yes and it has to be on those piers or its going to keep coming un-level due to the ground holding water. Yes that is what I told the delivery guys to begin with. That is why we had piers poured. So he calls the office they refuse to fix the issues they left besides the repairs. They wont move the sinking building where customer asked them to put it. They want to charge me $2,000 to have someone come out and move the building. Its not my fault your delivery guys didnt do what was asked of the first time and I am not paying an addition $2K for you to fix your f*** up. I told them they can come get the buildings then if they dont want to fix the issue they have caused. Will never purchase another building from Ulrich again. I will never refer anyone to Ulrich again. They claim to be such a Christian based company but they treat there customers like s*** and dont fix the problems they have caused. I have never had this experience with this company until now and I am very disappointed and I dont recommend doing business with this company.

  I purchased an Ulrich shed in July 2023. I submitted a service ticket in late May of 2024 due to the front "man-door" being so out of alignment that the door no longer latches and the deadbolt doesn't function. 6 months later, after 2 additional online service requests, countless phone calls (where they assure me that the issue will be addressed), text from several service persons, a service call that was scheduled with never occurred with no notice... I'm still waiting. I've been patient and understanding but now I just feel like a fool for buying this product. I would not recommend purchasing this product...at least NOT from the ********** VA location. I'm not sure if the other locations provide the same abysmally poor service. I would understand if I was told there was a backlog of requests expect it will take some time. Not so sorry we will take care of this ...only to never hear back from anyone. This is a very poor way to do business!

  We ordered a 8'X10' Barn Shed. We showed the Ulrich sales man which Barn Shed we wanted to buy, which was exactly like the one on their lot. The shed was built in our backyard Approx September 17. 2024. The builders put a door with No Windows. The sales man ***** never mentioned that the door with windows was an ad on. Again, we absolutely told ***** and his lady assistant that we wanted a Barn Shed exactly like the one we showed them, that was on the lot. We did not get our door with windows . Also the ramp we bought was installed crooked. One corner sits on the ground and the other corner is three inches up from the ground. It wobbles. We are supposed to receive two small jars of paint (red and white) for touch up. We have not received those either. We paid cash $5,266.23 and have not heard a word from them. We went in to their business with good intentions and all I've heard is LIARS, *****.

  The people working at this company are so unprofessional. We have already given this company over ****** dollars and have yet to see anything started. We can't get anyone to answer their phones, their texts, their emails. The only saving ***** at this company has been our salesman *****, the lady in the office in *****, ******, and one other salesman, who actually has nothing to do with our job, *****. These are the only 3 people that have been willing to try to get us information. Our project manager, ****, is **** We signed our contract in January and now we are in June and nothing... They have to do a very small amendment and that is only because someone in their company dropped the ball and did not communicate with other people involved in the project and notify them that I had paid extra to have the company do the concrete for us. They scheduled a build date for May 8th and then did not show up on May 8th and never even bothered to call and tell us that they were not coming. Then they showed up on May 9th only to realize that the concrete that THEY had been paid to do was not done. And apparently someone doesn't know how to read a permit/plan approval because all of the sudden (we had the approved plans on April 24th, plenty of time for then to figure this out, since now we are talking about mid-May), we're being told that our plan for the building was approved but not the foundation so now we are being told we either have to pay more money to do the concrete because the prices of concrete had gone up or change the way the foundation is because supposedly the city didn't approve it. They finally agreed not to charge us more money but they needed to do an amendment to the plan, and now here we are 3.5 weeks later and we still have not heard anything from our project manager and no one wants to answer their phones or return our calls. At this point, my husband and I are filing complaints with the BBB and the Contractors licensing board.

  Ive dealt with a businesses and contractors and by far this has been the worst experience. I will be posting on every website I can possibly find of the experience encountered. I cannot express how insane this company works.

  Ulrich built onsite a shed for me in July of 2023. We were in a drought and it wasnt until September that we received our first rain since the building was built. I have a leak and I cant get them to repair. The salesman who sold the building and was readily available night or day before the sale was final, has not responded to one call Ive made. His name is *********************. The project manager has not responded. The main office has not responded. Buyer beware! P.S. you have to leave at least one star before you can submit

  Signed contract on March 3, 2023. Now January 10, **** and work on building is stalled. During most of the past 10+ months, absolutely no work was done. I would NOT use them again. In a race between a turtle, a snail, and Ulrich, there would be one clear loser.
