    ***** and cheats Subpar craftsmen I hired them to repair and remodel my house after a fire. ****** didnt do the things as per out agreement. He charged me over $6500 in overages. He lied to me on many occasions. About what he had done. Moved my furniture out side to install flooring and wanted me to pay $250 to bring it back inside. After he left I had to hire anther contractor to repair what he did to the tune of $10000.

    Mr. ***** we were a company that provided you with even more service than what had been agreed upon under the contract, the entire porch, the back wall and the kitchen, hallway were painted without an additional charge, you were given a discount for the renovation project. decking repair, granite was installed in a kitchen cabinet that was not agreed upon, also you changed the desing for the kitchen cabinet twice and no charges were made, Were allowed to use the dumpster to throw away your garbage Even though this was hired only for the construction material, we really provided excellent service and the project delivery time was not met because you added and changed the scope of the project on several occasions. You was also informed about the problem that the floor structure had where it was not level, but he did not want to pay for the repair, as a company we absorbed all those material and labor cost overruns.

    We did a walk thru before construction started. I made it very clear what I wanted done but for some reason the small details were left out of the contract and thats when the extra charges started. And yes you did do some extra painting instead of covering my maroon and tan walls you oversprayed white from the ceiling paint. So by your own contract you were obligated to repair the damages you caused . So its not an extra added value as you tried to tell me. Any one reading this, that is looking to hire this contractor make sure that the small details of what you want done that was verbally agreed upon during the walk thru are put into the contract or it will cost you big time in the end. And the 'garbage' was damaged housewares from the fire that you were there to fix.
