Date of Transaction:June 22, 2023, to September 18, 2023 Money paid: $14,911.03 See exact dates and amounts on attached letter. The business committed to providing us with a working generator to our house. The nature of the dispute:Generator Supercenter of College Station sub contracted work to a plumbing company *********************** 1.5 hours away from *****, **) that bent a pipe going into our house which caused gas leaks in the house. Armor Plumbing moved and bent this pipe while they installed the outside pipe they needed for the generator. This created a gas leak inside the house. Moving and bending this pipe essentially made their job easier, they bent a pipe so theirs would fit - they were not concerned that it might not be good for the inside of the house - it seems that was not their problem. We had to hire our own plumbing company (********************* Plumbing) to come and find and repair the inside gas leaks. When they came, the plumbers showed us and took pictures of the exact pipe they bent and told us why - to fix this they told us they would have to cut a hole in our bathroom tiled wall - at this time I wanted Generator Supercenter to know so I had our plumber call ******, the installation manager. ****** does know what happened as he directly spoke and saw the pictures. Since this happened the Supercenter has fired this plumbing company because they had problems with them on other houses similar to ours but they have failed to take responsibility for the problem that this company caused in our situation. This created extra charges and financial obligations on our part Generator Supercenter feels this is no their concern and will not respond to emails. We do not expect them to pay for all the plumbing, but one hole in the wall is directly a result of Armor Plumbing - who they hired and expected us to be okay with any problems they created.Generator Supercenter of College Station will not respond to our emails. Expected: $500.00 Quote # *****
