On April 19, 2024, I, *******************************, reached out to our operation manager, *******, for assistance regarding the shortage in my paycheck. Despite multiple attempts to reach him by phone, he only responded via text and did not provide any satisfactory assistance. Instead, he directed me to contact ****** in the office located off of ***************** in **********, Texas. When I spoke to ****** about the issue, she displayed a disrespectful attitude and told me thats she didnt feel like anddressing any of my concerns abruptly ended the conversation by hanging up on me. She needs to be terminated for this and so does then entire office staff. This treatment is unacceptable and goes against the standards of professionalism and respect in the workplace. As an employee, I should not be subjected to such behavior, especially when addressing important financial matters. It is concerning that these actions have been tolerated without consequence, especially considering the legal implications in the state of Texas. Furthermore, I would like to highlight that security officers are being made to work more than 16 hours around the clock, which is a clear violation of Texas labor laws. I urge for immediate action to rectify these issues and ensure the fair treatment of all employees."
