    On 8/26 the company came to compete an estimate on a refrigerator at my home. They had to come back a second time to get more information off the unit that they didn't complete on the first trip. I was quoted $700.00 for repairs which was more than the unit was worth. No further action was taken until receiving an email for a bill of $292.28 for the estimate. When questioning the estimate bill I was told "There should have been an understanding on your part that payment for our services would be required. "

    Our company went out to Mr. ********** residence to complete an diagnostic service on a True refrigerator.  Because of the age and the condition of the unit it was not working nor was it covered under warranty.  Mr. ******** was provided two estimates for two different options for repairing the refrigerator. When Mr. ******** was sent an invoice, he told us it was "shady" for us to expect payment for our services and he would be filing a complaint with the BBB. In essence, what has happened here is our company provided a service for Mr. ******** and now he is refusing to pay for that service which is theft of services.
