    I ordered and paid for two ****** enclosures from this company back in fall of 2022. I received one a year later about the same time. My second one has not been received. I have been in contact with the owners of the company on a consistent basis and they assured me that I would receive my second enclosure. I was informed in July of this year, 2024 that they filed bankruptcy and the company was no longer in business. I asked about my second enclosure and was told there was another that would be sent if I wanted it (not the one I ordered). I agreed to take that enclosure, since they had not even built my second one. By September I still did not receive the enclosure so I contacted them again and was then offered two smaller enclosures because the other one was ruined and I accepted that offer too. It is now November and I still have not heard back from them or received any enclosures. I sent one last message to them asking for a refund since they will bring my enclosure that has been paid for or made good on any of the alternate offers made.

    Paid almost $3,200 for a tortoise house for our zoo. Delivery date kept getting pushed back until we stopped hearing from the company altogether. There website and ******** page has been deleted and I heard that they filed for bankruptcy.
