    CRE submitted a competitive bid, no hard sale. Sam kept me posted on permits, timing etc. Gutters installed in only a few hours. Top notch crew who cleaned yard on any debris. I will use CRE again.

    My entire experience with CRE Roofing and Sam has been a 10 out of 10. He is pleasant and professional. He arrived on time for his appointment. We needed a new roof and gutters and we knew beforehand that we would have to have a lot of repairs to the decking, facia and soffits. He inspected, listened to what my wife and I wanted. Sam made his recommendations and advised us on what repairs were best for our house. I received 4 bids from four different roof repair companies. Sam's estimate was not the lowest nor the highest. I think it was the most honest. When we decided to have CRE Roofing replace out roof, Sam told us exactly the whole process. From gutter removal, for the carpenters work, painting and when the roofers would arrive and what they all would be doing, when the gutters would be installed. Communication was a big plus. Keeping us informed as to every step of the process. And the entire job went exactly as he said it would. Gutters removed, carpentry and paint. Then the roofers arrived at the crack of dawn and they were gone by 5pm. They worked clean. Tarps were used around my entire house to catch the debris from the demolition as well as the installation. The crew cleaned as they went, it appeared to e there was one crewmember that's all he did, was clean op the tarps. When the roof was completed they made multiple passes with magnets and all of the crew members picking up every nail and small piece of trash that might have come their work. The crew even checked my neighbors yard. The following work day the gutters were installed. Throughout the entirety of the different processes Sam would stop by and check on the progress and inspect the work being done. He got up on the roof and inspected. He continually walked the property. He didn't just do a drive by or sit in his truck, he got of his truck and was hands on. From the time I received my estimate till the job was complete, Sam answered my calls or replied to my texts ASAP if not immediately.

    I used C.R.E Roofing after a hail storm damaged my roof. It was a complete roof replacement. They did great work, A++! Quick response, very punctual, and a whole lot of progress detail before, during, and after the installation. I would Highly recommend.

    It was a pleasure working with Sam and David to get our roof repaired. They were very professional and we loved how they explained the issue and repair process thoroughly.
