    I normally DO NOT post reviews, but I wanted to share my experience with ******, the office manager/owner, on Friday, 12/6/2024. STAY AWAY from this place. This was a ZERO STAR I strongly advise avoiding this dental office due to unprofessionalism and unethical billing practices. This was my second time bringing my girls here, and it WILL BE the last. I waited over 30 minutes after my appointment for ****** to speak with me about the balance on my account. I work hard to provide for my family, and being blindsided with an outstanding balance six months after their initial treatment was unacceptable. The office never contacted me about the issue, and instead of taking responsibility for their failure to communicate, the office manager/owner claimed it was my responsibility to track insurance claims and balance was no big deal.Rather than him addressing their clear lack of professionalism, he told me it was my responsibility and "find another dentist." Instead of resolving the issue, this dismissive and unprofessional response shows his priority to avoid accountability over ensuring his clients are treated with respect and fairness.Billing transparency and clear communication are basic expectations in any healthcare setting, and this office has failed miserably on both counts. If you value honesty, professionalism, and reliable dental care, I would highly recommend staying FAR AWAY from this place ad find a more ethical and client-centered practice. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and entirely avoidable, and I hope no one else endures such poor treatment.
