      Can't tell you which Brinks US listed on here I should review, but I guess it doesn't matter since they all have F ratings. We use Armored car service in *******, **. Prices went up 20% blamed on tariffs and then service has dropped well below the acceptable standard. We have had no service on days that we should and we have had service so late in the day our deposit didn't make it to the bank that day. That is unacceptable. I have tried canceling service, but can't get anyone to call me back. I have tried 6 different phone number that are all the same automated system when I get a voicemail box. I have tried 4 different emails as well. Our driver knows we want to cancel, but he says he has to keep showing up until that happens. We need help!

      This company is not honoring the agreements they made with me which they deceived me by making me sign a contract for two years but without honoring what was agreed

      Terrible ******** services ALL LIES!We were with a previous company Envision with NO problems....then Brinks comes along and problems arise along with extra costs. SCAM TRICKS LIES!! Now I'm stuck for 5 years! There's not escaping! I would RATE them BELOW 1, but that's not possible here!BUYER BEWARE!!

      I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Brinks. Unfortunately, my experience with Brinks has been far from satisfactory due to several key issues:Poor Customer Support: On multiple occasions, I have experienced long wait times when trying to reach customer support. When I finally got through, the representatives were unhelpful and failed to resolve my issues. I was transferred multiple times without clear communication or follow-up.Service Reliability: The service provided has been unreliable and inconsistent. There were several instances where the system failed to function as promised, compromising the security I expected from Brinks.I WOULD GIVE A -5 RATING IF IT WOULD ALLOW!Lack of Transparency: I was not adequately informed about the fees associated with the service. Unexpected charges appeared on my bill without prior notice or explanation, which felt like a breach of trust.Failure to Meet Promised Standards: Brinks did not deliver on the service level that was advertised at the time of purchase. The equipment provided was faulty, and it took several attempts to get it working correctly, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience.Overall, my experience with Brinks has been extremely frustrating, and I feel that the company did not meet its commitments to its customers. I expected a higher standard of service and accountability from a company of Brinks' reputation. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made to ensure better customer satisfaction in the future.

      Brinks have consistently been a terrible company to work with. On top of their many service issues, they have twice now attempted to pass on a larger increase in their rates than they are contractually allowed to. Our contract, which I am assuming is fairly standard allows for a maximum 6% annual increase. This week we received a letter saying that a 10% increase would be implemented in January, however, you could opt to 'save' 2.5% and only have a 7.5% increase if you brought forward the start of the increase to December. I am 100% convinced this is a tactic to make companies think they are getting a good deal so they agree to the 7.5% without realizing they are going to pay a higher amount than they should be per their contract. I'm counting down the days to when our contract with them ends and I never have to deal with them again.
