  I have tried on multiple occasions to reach Uworld with no success. They do not answer calls, and they do not give you a call back .Email has also been unsuccesful. I am on my 5th day trying to subscribe but they have a glitch that does not allow check out. Now this is a big red flag and I have no interest in their product. Even if they do eventually respond I may need support in the future and probably will not be able to reach them.I urge anyone looking for SAT prep or any other to consider another company.

  Unfortunately, my experience with UWorld customer service has been very unpleasant, saddening, and disappointing. I understand that UWorld is a for-profit company, I believe that customer feedback is crucial for the sustainability of any business. This has led me to understand why many people are seeking alternative options for exam preparation. I am confident that they will succeed, as I am inclined to join them in this pursuit. The assumption that this service is irreplaceable is, in my opinion, a miscalculation.!!!!!

  I am using UWorld to study for the ***** and have completed one of the subjects. Unfortunately, the book is riddled with mistakes (I have found a total of 8 in general chemistry so far). As someone who is studying to take the **** to switch career paths, this is extremely disappointing; I was able to catch mistakes in the subject that I was comfortable, but how am I to trust a study material on a subject relatively new to me?

  Graduating pharmacy school in 10 days. Purchased the UWorld book back in October as we got a class discount (our school historically didnt purchase it). Once the naplex results came out and my school realized that the classes had went from 94% in 2021 to 78 and 74.5% in 2022/2023 they decided to purchase all of UWorld for my class in March. Sounds great, but it has caused so many issues due to students already purchasing their study material. It was already difficult enough to get a refund for the purchased online material and UWorld said they absolutely would not give a return for the physical text that was purchased. Whatever at that point. To get to the main point of this one star review there was multiple (1/4 of my class) (140 students) people that got locked out of their accounts for weeks. UWorld refused to respond to emails or phone calls and would respond with a generic email stating something along the lines of we apologize but we cant refund you for the physical text. At this point we understood that and just needed to access the online material from where flashcards were made and for the use of the question bank. My classmates have finally received their account access back but have lost all of their saved information (which is like 3 months of work). UWorld has done a terrible job addressing this issue and honestly has scammed a lot of students (that are already broke because we work 40+ hours a week for free for an entire year) and they do not care.

  This was a unique situation where students purchased a consumer version of our test prep materials before their school purchased it for them. Unfortunately, there was no way for us to know when these students made individual purchases that their school would later purchase these materials for them. For those who individually purchased access to our question bank, we issued refunds in accordance with our refund policy, offering a prorated return based on usage. Under our Terms of Use, once refunds are made, it ends the existing contract and terminates access to the consumer version of the question bank to prevent further usage. Books are excluded from our refund policy because, once they are opened and used, they are no longer new books and cannot be resold by us. We transferred usage data to students whose accounts were created using their school email addresses. Were unable to transfer usage data to students who created accounts with a personal email address because it violates FERPA (privacy) laws, and our systems are not set up to permit data extraction of that sort. Were sympathetic to this students situation but feel compelled to point out that our team was responsive, followed our refund policy that all customers agree to when they purchase, and acted in good faith to rectify the situation.

  Id give a negative numbered review if that was possible. The reason being, Uworld short changed me on my subscription. Since the site was down for maintenance and other reasons.Basically, Uworld cant be trusted. Once they pocketed my subscription $$, they refused to cooperate.Lastly, there are other providers of the same or better products without all the customer service issues.

  I purchased the product after buying a self test. The product came with the same self test that i already bought. I was told i had to buy it and they would switch it for a different self assessment. Then they said they would not do that, in the same email chain

  They will promise "Unlimited Access Until You Pass" for CPA review course and they will refuse to extend access later. All good until they collect your money. Afterwards, good luck. ************* access promise is not true. Do not waste your money with this company.

  The best resource for exam preps. Out of other resources, I found that uworld was the most similar to the exam and more accurate to gauge your statistical outcome for successes. If you take their practice exams and youre falling in a percentage you can be 100 percent sure that your actual exam score will be similar to that. Ive used it for my USMLE and NCLEX. Ive taken many exams and it is always uworld. Aside from that, customer service is great. They make you feel listened to and understood when things happen out of your control. I made the mistake of thinking I had to have the most concise reasons for cancelling a subscription. Instead, uworld understood everything I needed to say and processed it without judgement or conflict. Ive done other top resources and their customer service is quick to charge you but if any problems do come up, then youre on your own. Im ranting about how good uworld is because imagine if its your exam preparation (stress and all) the last thing you would expect is for someone to give you a listen or a chance. 10 out of 10 for them. P.s. this is not a paid advertisement. This is the most sincerest review Ive given because they themselves are sincere to their customers.
