    Original transaction / contract date 12/18/18 Installation start date 5/14/2019 Warranty term (years) 10 Contract total $14,741.00 Any dates in my statement below are memory and may not be 100% accurate.I started having problems with the coating crumbling in December 2020. I called Rubcorp several weeks in a row and was told someone will contact me however no calls. I kept calling and in February 2021 I was able to talk to someone who said they were very busy and could not look at my problem now but would call in a few days to setup an appointment. After a week or 2 I started calling again and finally got someone (****) to come out to look at my problem. I was told the product originally used was defective and a sealant would fix my problem. The sealant was applied but within a couple months the crumbling continued and now the surface color was very uneven / discolored. I started calling again spring of 2022 and after many calls ***** came out and said a 2nd application would fix my problem and added that the first application was not installed thick enough, I had my concerns however they were the expert. Within a few months the color is even more uneven / discolored and the deck is still crumbling. When I called this time I was asked to send my complaint in writing along with the original paperwork and pictures of the problem which I did 3/6/23. No response as of this date however I have called the office twice pre week checking and told ******** would have to all me but they could not tell me when he will call as he has no regular schedule.
