    Company installed a new 4K *** and two 4K cameras. Right from the beginning the two cameras recoded constant false motion. Had company replace cameras with a different type of 4K cameras with the same results. Had company replace two 4K cameras with ****p cameras and reinstall original ***. Now everything is working. Company charged me $100 service fees for replacing cameras and a $90 fee for restocking. Several emails back and forth and company position is that the *** and cameras work fine in their shop and that I just didn't like it? I believe that the $190 fee that they charged is unfair for a defective product that didn't work correctly from day one. I should also note that I have been dealing with this company since 2014 and that I have purchased all of the equipment including the two 108p cameras replacements.

    This customer was visited 3 times due to inconformity about new products. There is nothing wrong with the *** and 2 cameras we installed for him. In fact, It's our best seller product.

    He just didn't like the new version and preferred the old one.

    This triple back and forth costed our company several hundred in man hours and re-stocking. Products (Cameras replaced 3 times and the returned ***) have to be sold as used and unpackaged, at half of the price. We refunded $1010 out of the original $1200 for the ***. That $190 difference doesn't cover BY FAR our costs. And he still complaints about it.

    Some people just love to complaint.

    I am rejecting this response because:   The owner who never bothered to respond to my home to view my complaint that the "new top end system" was not working properly by constantly reading motion vs reading only motion when there was actually motion. I review cameras/motion nightly making this new system worthless. The owner also forgot to mention that prior to his make-up charges that I purchased two cameras from him for a total of $790 that I included with the attached invoice. The reason why there was 3 visits was because the first two new cameras recorded constant motion and the last visit was to install two new older version cameras that I purchased from him and re-install my original DVR.

    As of 10-10-23 the owner of company reimbursed me for service calls and restocking fee. This has satisfied my initial complaint, and this has been resolved.
