    My husband and I contracted with *******************, owner/operator of Pressure Pros of **************, ***** for several jobs i.e. soft wash of home, fence, mulching, brush clean up, landscape, mowing, landscape trim etc. Original agreement on the mulch of flower beds included a weed barrier of some fabric or plastic to prevent weeds from growing and complete removal of small shrubs, upon completion there was no weed barrier placed underneath the mulch nor complete removal of the small shrubs. ***** stated he never stated a weed barrier would be placed, instead some highly concentrated unknown chemical to kill all weeds would be used, weeds all grew back within 1 week. He stated he could come back out remove/dig out the small plants and continue to spray/increase the potency of this unknown chemical, but refused to put down any sort of weed barrier (fabric or plastic). Plants were never completely removed and weeds continue to grow. Poorly installed trim continues to be an issue. We inquired about graffiti/black spray paint on the back patio, he stated he had a chemical that would completely take out the graffiti and again this unknown chemical was very expensive and potent, reason for high estimate on such a small patch of graffiti. He stated he guaranteed the graffiti would be removed due to this high dollar unknown chemical. It appears that he only washed the main portion of the graffiti but left the overspray of the graffiti still on the post. I asked him for his assistance and he stated that the terms and conditions of any graffiti removal could possibly not take it off completely or actually brighten the graffiti (it should be noted the terms and conditions he sent me was never discussed verbally nor provided for at the time of service or payment, instead he now sent them when the graffiti was noticeable on the photos after the fact). He is also advertising photos of our home without our consent, would like them removed from all his social media sites.
