    I have been having pain for a while in this old root canal infected tooth and he denied me. I had infection that I tasted coming out of the tooth and he denied it said I wasnt and that I was never feeling pain. Clearly I am! He told me hes just a endodontist

    Due to patient confidentiality requirements, we neither can confirm nor deny that this person was a patient.  As a general matter, I would not ever deny that a patient complaining of pain does not feel pain.  South Texas Endodontics has some of the most sophisticated diagnostic equipment in this region, and the only office with 2 board certified endodontists in Corpus. When the use of that equipment and our examination does not indicate any root canal infection or etiology, we must explain to our patients that other sources of the pain should be investigated by other specialists or until pain isolates to a specific tooth.  We practice endodontics and are not ear, nose & throat specialists or pain management specialists.  If an unsatisfied patient desires a refund, he or she should contact our office.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I realized after a good cleaning of my teeth what I was looking at was calculus between my teeth. I also noticed a growth inside my nose and Ill be going to a ent like he suggested. I want to close the complaint.
