    On February 5th 2023, My Husband and I met with Mr**** with Nationwide Granite along with 2 of His Workers at Our Home. The visit was to discuss the installation and pricing of Granite/Quartz Kitchen Counter top and Back Splash. Mr **** and his Crew took measurements that day, Mr**** then stated once I selected Granite the Job could get done in One-Day being that this was a Fairly Small Job. I stated to Mr **** I was wanting A White ***** with Grey Veins, and He then made the comment that He had A Very Large ******** I liked that Granite, He would order an extra Slab and charge it to that Job and give Me a Discounted Price of $800. A few days later I met Mr**** at his place of Business on SPID, CC, **. I looked at various samples & made My selection. On Feb 10th, I met with Mr**** once again at My Home, He re-measured Counter top again and gave Me Total Price. Mr**** stated He needed half down so that He could order Slab and remaining Balance due after completion of Job. Mr**** followed Me to Bank to get Cashiers Check and as of this day March 27th 2023, "THAT'S THE LAST I'VE SEEN OF MR****!!!" I have NUMEROUS Text Messages between ****** and Mr**** and My Husband has Text Messages as well. The following is a list of Mr**** ********** I'll be there later today to measure and install tomorrow.2. Let Me finish here & then I'll Head you way.3. I'm going today, yesterday got out late.4. I'll be by in a few. 5. I'll be there Tues.6. I'll be there Thurs.7. My Dad was in Hospital.8. Slab coming tomorrow, then I'll have them cut.9. I wish I had A Team, it's just Me!10. I worked late yesterday, too TIRED!11. I'm gonna get it done, I always do.12. My Wife had an accident.13. Repeat Excuses *************** these "EXCUSES" plus "MORE" I have in Text Messages between ******* ****** **** Husband. I Chose to HIRE ******* with Nationwide Granite because He over SOLD Himself and His Team Work! When in "REALITY" ALL He Did was take advantage of Senior Citizens!!!
