We used this fundraiser for our school club and had lots of good things said about it. It was fairly easy to use and the customers definitely liked that the items came directly to them instead of waiting for someone to distribute them. The only complaint I heard was about the prices of shipping but I know sometimes that is unavoidable. Overall, it was a great option for us and I hope to use this fundraiser again soon!Big Fundraising Ideas

Clay ******** was rude and never asked any questions about myself nor what I was trying to do or how many people were involved. Just a no I don’t think this would be a good fit. I’m just trying to find ways to raise money to do things for and within my community. The one star is just giving them credit for a fast and unfriendly reply. I made sure to keep every email as well. We always provide straight forward critiques as we evaluate inquiries as they come in to make sure they will be in the best interest of both parties. Based on the information you provided in your contact form, we responded that we felt as though we wouldn't be the best fit for your cause. We've been helping groups, specifically schools, raise money for over 20 years so we are familiar with the types of inquiries that we receive and the groups that we can offer the best service to. As explained in our response, we primarily work with school groups so we felt that we would not be a best fit for your needs. After a couple of emails back and forth, your last statement to us was, "Thank you!" after we replied with "With all due respect, I never told you no. I simply offered my opinion...." Please feel free to clarify your position further.
