    I purchased a 2014 ***** Spark from Health *******. I was corresponding with CJ the entire time. I drove ********* and waited 2 hours , outside of the facility for Health *******.When showed up he would nit allow me to test drive because he said it was too late and he has somewhere to go.He would be emailing the signed paper work to me shortly but I never received it because he didn't have my email address. Driving back ****** I noticed that the car was not accelerating while on ****** Tollway in traffic. I pulled over to a gas station and called CJ at ************. I explained that the car was not drivable and he will get a tow truck to pick it up. He advised me to leave the key in the car and he would contact me. ** advised me the following morning that he would be giving a loaner car. A black ****** was towed to my address in ********** that night on 2/20/2023. As soon as I got in the car I smelled a leak. He said "no, this car has been driven multiple times by a guy". On 02/24/2023 I went to leave in the car and it would not start at all. We tried to jump it but it wouldn't start. We noticed the car was bone dry. There was no fluid (coolant). The car was delivered without gas as well. I contacted Cj who put me in contact with Health. I asked about my paperwork and he said he sent it to me but that was a lie. I asked for my money back and he told me no. I told him where the loaner car was located and advised him to pick it up. The key was left in the car. My mother ******************************* contacted him and while on three way , I gave him permission to speak with her. I recorded the call and he admitted all of the above. I still do not have possession of the car I purchased, I do not have a working vehicle because the loaner is inoperable. I spoke with Health today who advised me and my mother that he will not be refunding my $800 down payment. I have recording of each conversation. This company displayed shady business practices.
