      M Carroll Black Top Service of ***************** only has Texas headquarters so it's hard to get ahold of them for theft.One worker stole my water hose quick change adapter when they were using my hose to do work on my parking lot. I have made several attempts to get my quick change adapter. I was given the run around. Now, I am getting absolute no response. I have emailed to Texas headquarters and did not get any response regarding the theft.They also claimed that they did not get my communications regarding full hot asphalt treatment. They only did a portion and the rest was oil sealed. I already spent $16,500 on their work.Now, I have to file a police report and file claims when they refused to respond to my legitmate concerns about the theft and poor communication.
