    I placed a preorder purchase on May 05, 2023 for $114.25 USD. The business stated that preorders for this specific item would ship in the fall of 2023. The business never reached out to me regarding any inventory issues or potential replacement options given the circumstances. I took it upon myself and reached out to the business by email via their website on various occasions and never heard back. The only platform I was able to get a response on was instagram where they made me aware that there indeed were inventory issues. The business then stated they would be able to replace the preorder with another item of my choosing to which I agreed but never got instructions as to how to go about getting said replacement. My attempts at following up with the business to clarify next steps went ignored.

    I ordered an item on April 3, 2023 online from this shop for 79.45 usd. When I inquired via email to the store in November of 2023 why I have not received the item, I was told they do not have it in stock and the order was cancelled. I have yet to receive a refund on my credit card for this order and the store does not respond to email requests despite multiple attempts. I can forward the emails between me and the store to you if you can provide me an email address to do so. I would request you contact the business and find out why I have not received a refund on my credit card yet.

    I placed 2 orders online on July 8th. I have yet to receive either order. I asked for a refund, but I get no response. It's been so long now that the credit card I used has been closed. I'd really like my money back so I can order from someone else.
