    I reviewed Walker last September as my unit broke in June and was never repaired. It is now February 2023 almost 8 months and the unit has still not been repaired. I have been calling Carrier corporate, as well as *************** is out of ********* ***** trying to get my unit repaired. Just thought I would give everyone an update that it's been coming up to nine months and Walker has done nothing. They also installed a 3 ton unit on my building and did not put a vent pipe on it and not correctly install the gas line. It cost me $1000 to get that job corrected and Walker will not pay for any of it even though it was their shotty installation.

    I bought need air conditioners from Walker air and at six months the unit went out and I have been waiting for months now without air-conditioning through a ***** summer and Walker Air-Conditioning does nothing. The unit is under warranty and they said I can fix it on my own but it will void the warranty. They have made four appointments to come repair the unit and never showed up and never called. This is absolutely the worst air conditioning company I have ever dealt with. I am assuming I will have to hire an attorney in order to get my air conditioning repaired. Be very careful of this company they are crooks.
