      Ive been working out with *** since April 2024 and this 1 star review is not related to her skillls but her unprofessional customer service. Today she decided to breach our signed and prepaid contract. I will not get into details as to why she decided to quit because that is not what this review is about. Its about if you decide to no longer provide a service you retro a refund because if the shoe was on the other foot and you provided a service and were not paid you would want your money whether that be 1.00 or ********. It doesnt matter if youre going to run a business run it correctly. As she walked out our session I requested my refund for the remaining days and she refused and she said she wouldnt be refunding me. So I advise you to be careful when working with her and giving your money.

      The customer is asking for a refund for services rendered, but according to our policy, training services are non-refundable. The client began training on March 19th, 2024, and completed the four-week program. Payments were made for March $225, April $450, and May $500, with the first through the app and the subsequent two via Zelle. Despite no longer being a customer, the client is attempting to claim money not owed. Please do not provide refund as services were provided.

      Regarding the complaint, a former client was terminated due to her actions. Subsequently, she has made false credit claims for money she isn't owed and has posted negative reviews and complaints about our business, posing a threat to our brand reputation. We are deeply committed to upholding the integrity of our brand and have diligently cultivated it with respect and honesty. The accusations made by this disgruntled former client are entirely unfounded.
