    We have had great experiences with this company. *******************, quick to respond, great customer service. They helped us lead a district wide initiative to "Go Gold" for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and all of our multiple campuses involved had a fantastic experience.

    Cheerleading Company/CC Dancewear is our GO TO COMPANY for all needs Cheer, Dance and Drill Team! The customer service, communication and attention to detail are top tier. We get poms, bows, sleeve, spanx, tights, earrings, and customwear from CC. The option of online store or school PO helps me so much with payments and they make it so easy!

    Total scam company. I ordered customized megaphones and they sent me some crappy stickers and no megaphones. They say that is all I ordered, which is a lie. I have waited for two months and I still dont have what I need and they say Ill have to spend the same amount of money to get the megaphones. They are crooks.

    Second year using this company and it has been horrible. So quick to play the blaming game communications is horrible. To find out my rep ****** even work there anymore. Same sizes are different yet they said girls shapes are different makes no sense when trying on the same size shell ****** fit them. Understand it would fit each girl differently but the same size should not affect the girl wearing it. Skirts are extremely long . The uniforms fit horrible on the girls. Last years order came super late we only used them twice! Had to re order this year for the new girls and worst mistake ever. Uniforms from last year are already coming undone! Not happy with this company and will not continue to order from them. Oh and to add the bloomers are extremely see through! Horrible quality over all. Parents are not happy with the amount spent and then having to go pay more to get them altered. Yeah no never again!

    Thank you for reaching out; I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your order. I spoke with our Sales Manager (who you spoke with yesterday) about your uniforms as well as checking the notes in your order. I see that we asked for photographs of the two shell tops that were not fitting the way you wanted them to fit so we could try to identify the issue and make corrections. We also offered to cover the cost of alterations on those two tops in that same conversation as some uniforms (as well as many garments in general) will require slight alterations for the best fit due to body type. As far as Im aware, we have not received the photos yet. Please email them to ****************************** when you can so we can take a look. As far as quality, we offer free fit kits so you are able to check the fit and inspect the quality which you used last year. You are correct that we had late orders last year due to many circumstances beyond our control and I am glad that most of the supply chain issues are behind us for now. Thankfully, many of those issues were fixed this year and I see that your order actually shipped two weeks earlier than your estimated ship date.     LOVE LOVE LOVE this Company, the staff and the products! I have been working with CC since 2015 and have yet to have an issue. The customer service and quality of products are top notch. I love that I have built a positive relationship with the company and look forward each year to creating something unique for my college cheer team.

    This would be our third year using cheerleading company. The first two years they were awesome. This is year has been the worse starting with our new sales rep. When I initially reached out the communication was slow. We scheduled for fitting but that was a waiting game. We got through it though. We started the process on placing the order , and I would have to message her 3-4 times before I got a response. Sometimes it took days. I was told order will be 6-9weeks. Then after we made payment I was told that it will be ready Sept.23. Just a couple days ago I am now being told add two more weeks. We are a youth organization this is not high school where the season last year around. Our season is short and this is becoming unacceptable. On top of everything that has happen, our rep LeAnn B****** sent the wrong poms and wrong size shoes. Then told me it's because I didn't check the quotes but i have screenshots of our emails that show me asking her to change the pom and I also have yellow slips that show youth sizes for shoes. LeAnn sent me an exchange slip and said "fill it out". Which is horrible. After filling out do I take it back to the warehouse to get the correct sizes. We are a pick up order not delivery. I've even asked about in stock uniforms our rep told me look on the website to see what they have. I GOOD sale reps communicates and shows empathy, helps to ease your mind through the process. I feel like I'm constantly messaging her for updates when it should be the other way around. I don't understand why we can't get a refund if our uniform hasn't even been processed yet, it's not under production. By the time we get the uniforms our season will be over and it's not likely that we will get the same girls back. Not having a uniform for our season will have an effect on our organization. This is a true disappointment this year.

    We are so sorry for any and all miscommunication and issues with your order this season. Our Sales Manager has reached out to you to make corrections and has processed a refund for you. We've been overwhelmed with demand this year and we are truly doing our best to keep up. Because of this volume, it can sometimes take a day or two for our reps to respond. Additionally, we are dealing with shortages with sewing contractors and delays with almost everything else from container shipments to materials which has increased our manufacturing time to levels we've never seen in our 22 years of business. Please know that the last thing we want to do is disappoint our customers. Thank you, and we wish you the best this season.
