  I met with one of the techs from Dallas Family ******************** he looked at my truck. After a hail storm, We set up a time to look a the damages from a recent hail storm. Dallas Family Dent, picked up my truck and provided me with a nice and provide d loaner, vehicle which was very nice. I was kept informed everyday. Of What was going on and if I had a issue. It was taken care of immediately. **** the owner I spoke with him a couple of times and a top-notch person. He's has ***************** working him. I'd highly recommend his Dallas Family Dent to anyone needing any repairs on their vehicle.

  DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! We had hail damage here in Colorado and chose this company to correct the hail damage on our car. While the hail damage got fixed, it took two months to do so. When the car was returned, we found 10 broken clips under the hood that went to the engine protector. The clips were just sitting there and had not been put back in place and, as I mentioned, many were broken. The light above the console was loose, other screw covers were missing, part of the luggage rack on the top of the car was missing, and the antenna to our radio was not connected correctly so now only one station plays. The hood to our car also does not pop open as it used to after they repaired some hail damage to it and we just discovered that the corner on the back door is bent in so much that the paint is cracked on it. The company was in such a rush to finish the job because they were leaving town the next day to go back to Texas. The company did tighten the loose screws and other loose things after we complained. However, I didn't notice the radio not working until about a month ago when I drove the car (this is my wife's car, and she always uses Bluetooth in the car rather than the radio). It was almost impossible to contact the company when we went to notify them about the radio not working as all of the the numbers listed had been disconnected. Luckily I did some research and found Sofia's name, as Chief of Communications and Complaints. We have had a hard time contacting Sofia other than a few text messages and lots of unreturned phone calls. The other two numbers on the card that I have were disconnected because they no longer work for the company. Our experience has been horrible with this company. It has taken a lot of our time, energy and frustration to deal with a company that over=promised and UNDER DELIVERED. PROTECT YOUR ASSETS, PROTECT YOUR FAMILY, AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. We need the company to fix our radio and back door.

  Hi! This is Paul from Dallas Family Dent. So You didn't work with our company. You're service coordinator (Mark) had you sign with a shop named precision pdr after we stopped taking in repairs in Colorado. They're a different company, different ownership and not one that we endorse in either quality or ethics. Your insurance will confirm as well because that's where your payment went. You also signed an authorization to repair and direction to pay with them so you should be familiar. Please review the company who did your work for the experience you had with them.

  This company is not transparent with their advertisement. My vehicle did not get "approved" to be covered by what they said they were going to do. This should be one of the first things they mention when starting their process. ******************* in Dallas is standing by their flyer and doing the work. My time is money and to lose that time over something that could've been resolved with complete transparency. Do better Dallas Family Dent.
