****** is not honest with the cost. Like all brokers it sounds like, day of shipping had to pay an additional $175.

THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD. They use fake quotes, fake breakdowns, and fake drivers to extort money. HOW THE **** WORKS:1. They bait you with a low price ($450 for me). 2. ***** pressures you to sign. 3. On pickup day, they invent a crisis (e.g., "truck broke down") and demand $1,200+. YOU ARE NOT ALONE:- Other victims describe the exact same scam** in reviews (check BBB/******). - No legitimate license (search FMCSA). - Phone number tied to multiple ******** NOT USE THEM. Report to: - *** IC3 ([*******](*******************)) - BBB ([**************************](**************************************)) ************ needs to be stoppedyour report can help.

This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I had to move a car from *********** to ******* and was quoted $435. The day it was supposed to happen they called that said that the price now went up to over $1,000 because they could not find a drive to do this for the price they quoted! Absolutely ridiculous! Don't ever do business with them!

THEY ARE A SCAM AND A COMPLETE FRAUD.Do not trust anything that they tell you on the phone, especially with regards to refunds after cancellation. Their representative very clearly told me that we can get a 100% refund if we cancel our booking 3 days before the date f shipping. I had to cancel my move due to some personal reason, so I informed their rep 10 days prior to the date of shipping about the same and even then he did say that the refund will take around 7-10 business days to get completed. However, after following up for more than 2 weeks, now I am threatened by their management that if I call them again, they will call the cops and what not. Now they are telling me that they have a no refund policy. I have their calls and all the follow *** recorded, but they mislead you on the phone with no intentions of fulfilling their commitments. They do exact opposite of what they commit.. Dont do business with them

Warning: Do not trust US Auto Shipping with your vehicle or money. They will leave you feeling scammed and frustrated. My experience with US Auto Shipping was appalling. I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this company. They engaged in deceptive practices, displayed unprofessionalism, and caused me immense frustration.Initially, they provided a quote of $1100, the lowest among several I received for transporting my vehicle. We agreed on a pickup date of August 23rd, which was changed from the initial date of August 25th to accommodate my schedule. However, on August 23rd, when I called to confirm the pickup, they claimed they were "trying" to locate a driver but failed to communicate proactively or return my calls. The lack of professionalism was astounding. On August 24th, they promised to call me back within two hours after "trying" to contact a driver. After three hours of no communication, they informed me they couldn't arrange the pickup for that day and suddenly raised the quoted price to $1400, citing carrier demands. This bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable. They breached our original agreement, made almost a month in advance, with no consideration for my time or the stress they caused. Their customer service representative responded with rudeness and threats when I expressed my dissatisfaction.I had to find another transport service due to their deception. Shockingly, next day I received calls from carriers claiming they were dispatched to pick up my vehicle, despite US Auto Shipping telling me they couldn't. This inconsistency and dishonesty are disgraceful.I have no trust that US Auto Shipping would have handled my vehicle with care, and I doubt they would have compensated me if it had been damaged during transit.US Auto Shipping lacks integrity, engages in deceptive practices, and offers terrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble; avoid them and choose a reputable auto transport service.

They will give you a low quote to get your business... insinuating that the drivers have already accepted this rate. Then they will wait until the last possible moment to crank up the price.... $850 to $1550 for me. That's not a slight change, that's intentional scam tactics.
When I called them to set it up I was still in a position to price shop. Now that I leave in under 24 hours I have no choice but to accept whatever new price they set because I'm out of options. They know and leverage that fact, which is extremely unethical.
And to top it all off, I had to call them multiple times to get an ETA on the driver's arrival because they blew through the original window without contacting me.
      Avoid at all costs.

This company doesn't respect the agreements, the tell you yes to wherever you requested and give you the best price but they change it with not acceptable explanation , they sell the work to another person that can agree to move your car or bike, and they just don't care. I was told that my motorcycle it's going to cost 700 hundred to transport it, then they called me that they can't find nobody for this price, , so I agree , then when they finally find somebody they said was 900 , so they are not a respectful of the agreement and they don't care
