    These guys are a bunch of crooks.Original owners daughter is now running it and has no idea what they are doing. They claim they worked with ********** but with the quality of work i received I am confused.Took my car in and handed it in based on a quote. 2 weeks later at pickup I noticed some odd discrepancies and concerns which led me to ask them to correct them. It looked like they did not put some panels properly and lost a few small parts. *** asked me to come back in 2 weeks again, which I did. At pickup they were trying to rush me out claiming they were leaving town for 2 weeks and I have to take the car out again. I got suspicious and started looking deeper and noticed more missing parts and broken panels. I also noticed some panels glued to the body to hide things they broke. Took the car out with the agreement that they will reduce bill by **** for now but will discuss the balance they owe when they come back to town and after I get the car checked somewhere else.Over the nexct 4 weeks we found so many things they did wrong and broke, the entire repair cost me close to **** dollars. There are so many lies and deceptive things they had done.Now they claim I voided the warranty by taking car somewhere else and that I agreed to just the **** discount aand that the case is closed. I am trying to see if I can get a refund through the credit card

    ****** has had several months to provide a legitimate receipt from the upholstery company he claimed to have used. According to ******, after he picked up his **** Denali Yukon on October 14, he dissembled the seats, door panels, pillars, HIMSELF, for 4 days after pickup. He claims he spent close to $5000, but his screen shots are for $3132 and $374.25 for various parts which some has nothing to do with the upholstery. He also claims he spent more but lost his receipts. The screen shots he provided does not have an upholstery company letterhead or a detailed description of his year, make and model along with payment confirmation. In addition, the screen shots shows he spent $500 on fender repair, $200 on window cleaning, $150 PDR for hood repair, $49.99 for Aura interior car lights with remote control, and some areas he marked out with a black sharpie. We did break his A pillar, there were a fews screws missing and a small part from his rear view mirror cracked. I have apologized over and over for this. I offered him $1000.00 discount for his dissatisfaction. He requested an additional $250 which I agreed to. The warranty is void because, first, he took apart what we installed and, second, he did not bring it back for us to inspect and exam together. Our company has been in business for 34 years. We strive to do a great job for all of our customers. Though we try hard not to make mistakes, unfortunately, it does happen occasionally. This is why we discounted the invoice.
