A refund for the service was received o the curb by myself. I called ****** after the Ozone treatment and he wasnt helpful at all. He kept insisting that I wasnt smelling ozone. I even asked him to come back to the house to smell what I was smelling. Instead he sent me some information from a website regarding Ozone treatment and said to give the house more time to air out. I had an air quality test done and the report wasnt great. It was suggested that I remove the carpet to get rid of the intrusive smell. My home is a little over 1500 sqft. So now Ill probably be out of several thousands of dollars to have new flooring installed. I paid $6,000 to have the inside of my house repainted because of the horrible smell Since then Ive done some research and found an article on the *** website titled Are Ozone Generators Effective in Controlling Indoor Air Pollution? Ive seen post on several websites about homes being over ozoned. Perhaps I wasnt smelling ozone. I dont know the scientific term God awful smell.
