    I placed a order number 1572 on July 15th for a puzzle. Order was shipped media mail. Tracking shows it was sent back to the company. Under postal laws puzzles are not allowed to be sent media mail. Phone calls to the company are unanswered.

    Hello, We responded to this customer on July 20th, 2022 that the item she ordered was reshipped to her free of charge, tracking # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX. The item is showing as delivered to her address July 22nd, at 10:43am - one day prior to its expected expected delivery. Customer previously complained about the time it took to process this order. The order was placed on Friday, July 15th and originally shipped on Tuesday July 19th, just 2 business days after receiving the order. We did not receive any phone calls from the customer, but we did have multiple emails with this customer and communicated with her.
