    If I could give 0 stars I would! These people BUTCHERED a family heirloom Bible - ** l**erally looks like they patched ** w**h electrical tape. To add insult to injury, they charged $238 plus my $25 to ship ** to them w**h signature confirmation, for something I could've done myself for $5. AND, sent this in August for Christmas present, didn't get ** back until May!! The owner was extremely rude when I emailed that I just needed ** back because they had ** almost a year at this point. I sent an email after I received my butchered Bible, stating I was disappointed in work and you guessed **....crickets. They never call back or follow through, overpriced and RUDE. ******* is the worst. I was so exc**ed that a ***** company would do this repair, now I'm wishing I had sent ** to NY or basically ANYWHERE else at this point. They RUINED this heirloom. We can never get that back! The only thing that could've been worse was if they lost ** entirely, but ruining ** as they did just breaks my heart. The person ** belonged to passed in February before I sent ** to *******/Book Dr. * ** just has completely devastated me what they did to **. Do NOT trust these people.
