I purchased a 2017 ******* Veloster from DFW Auto Financing LLC on March 14, 2025. While the dealer stated the vehicle was "well maintained" and "passed the dfw auto financing certification, the CARFAX report included in the documents showed a report of "moderate damage". The dealer also disclosed structural damage according to autocheck and auction announcement due to rear right damage. This information was not adequately disclosed to me before the sale, and I believe it misrepresents the vehicle's actual condition. The contract includes clauses stating "ALL SALES FINAL" and "ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE", which I believe are unfair and possibly unenforceable under Texas law. The high APR of *****% and the $2,995 charge for the service contract significantly increased the overall cost of the vehicle.I am also concerned about the arbitration agreement in the contract, which limits my legal rights. In addition to the issues with the vehicle's history and the contract terms, I also experienced extremely poor customer service. Salesperson **** ******** was repeatedly disrespectful and unprofessional. On multiple occasions, he used derogatory language, calling me "stupid" and "problematic."Less than 24 hours after purchasing the vehicle, I experienced a flat tire. When I contacted the dealership, Mr. ******** blamed me for the issue and refused to take responsibility. While he eventually sent $50 for a new tire, his attitude and language were completely unacceptable. He told me to "go find another car dealership," demonstrating a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.I believe this behavior, combined with the other issues outlined above, indicates that DFW Auto Financing LLC engages in unethical and potentially fraudulent business practices."

      Business Response

      Date: 05/13/2025

I'm very happy to receive a complaint for this particular customer.

Nothing has been. Misrepresented for her on this contract.

      Everything is clear.

And my responds to her were all based on her behavior and bad attitude and the lack of experience on her end.

For instance, some one vandalized her car, she came after month from buying the car wanting to file a warranty claim on busted mirror , and bumper cover that's clearly been removed by the people who tried to vandalized and she's blaming us we sold her something bad. We explained to her that's this not a warranty claim and advised her to file for police report.

Still we fix it free of charge.

She complained  a wek after buying the car about a tire and she asked to file a warranty claim to replace a tire ??.

After over 15 messages of explaining that tires not covered under any warranty, she started arguing about the tire I told her we ll pay fot it.

She kept arguing about why to pay cpi ( collateral protection insurance) and she never provided full coverage insurance with 500.comp and Collision deductible.

After long argument she decided to canceled the warranty instead ?? ?? ?? ?? ??.

Not the cpi the extended warranty.

What would you respond to a customer that keeps calling you and texting day and night non stop for things that makes no sense??

On top of all this her account was 17 days past due she stated that I'm scamming her for charging late fees ?? ??  its on her contract and she wants to take me to court!!! Why?? Because I'm charging her late fees and she want the *** canceled without providing full coverage insurance that meets our guidelines.  After all these i told her that she acting childish and acting stupid based on all non sense arguments.

We agreed after all to cancel the extended warranty and prorate it.

She didn't even want to come to the office to sign the contract we been waiting for over week for her to sign and mail it back we provided her with ***** slip.

From Day one I have took care at 0 charge to her for few different things that are not covered by any warranty and she still complaint and make a scene over and over.

After all this we told her clearly to go find a different lender ( which she was declined by several prior of financing her Inhouse financing)

      As far as credit reporting.

We don't report any payments to credit .

I'm not sure why she still complaining here while we helped her and resolved everything.
