      Hello, my name is ******** ****-******. I'm reaching out to you regarding an issue I've encountered with a company called Led Emblem Light, which also has several other divisions. I first came across this company on ******* in a video titled "GLOWING ***** Emblem Upgrade for Malibu *********!" At that time, they had a link that led to their website. I purchased the light-up Chevrolet Malibu bowtie emblem on 07/22/2024 for $129.00 and received the package on 08/04/2024. However, upon attempting to install the product, I found that the emblem's buckle and adhesive backing did not stick or snap in place. There is also a significant gap on each side, and the bowtie emblem does not properly conform to the shape of the front bumper.I tried to address these issues with the company through ******** and ******** Messenger and received rude, unhelpful responses. When I initially contacted the company, they mentioned checking on the issue, but shortly after, they removed the website and link from the ******* video. When I inquired about purchasing a new emblem or receiving a replacement, I only received short, unhelpful replies. On 08/16/2024, they offered me a 30% refund and asked if I could use the LED emblem. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their responses. Eventually, they provided a return address, but I'm hesitant to use it as I suspect that this might be a scam. I find it suspicious that they took down their website. This is my complaint regarding the matter.Also, I can provide screenshots.Thank you for your assistance.
