      They get the billing wrong - EVERY SINGLE TIME. How can you not use the right "NPI code" for 2 years when I call the billing department each and every time to tell them - stop billing me under "CARDIOVASCULAR CARE PROVIDERS INC" - - how many times must I tell you, you have to bill me under "HEARTPLACE PA".
      The billing is not Dr. Patel's fault - but he needs to be made aware that I have gone round and round with Heidi and Courtney in billing and they still can't get it right. It is at least your responsibility to make sure your "team" gets it right.
