    My mother had been a patient with heartmasters for years. She changed insurance. ************* doesn't accept the new insurance. I had to find her another heart doctor. She had an appointment with the new heart doctor 19 June. They couldn't see her because they still hadn't received her records from **************. They have requested them numerous times. My mother and myself have called and went in person requesting her records. The front desk gives us the same song and dance. He's the only one who does the records or he's with a patient. It's like he's upset he's losing a cash cow. He should go in early or stay late to get it done. Someone else in his office should be able to do things he can't do if he's busy. He was gone for a week. No one could do anything. That's hendering patient's who need things done. She's scheduled for another appointment this month with her new heart doctor. I just want her records.

    HeartMasters Cardiology is a *****-registered Corporation that has been treating heart patients with excellent results since its inception in ****. Serving our community for more than two decades, we have provided heart care to over twenty thousand (******) patients and have never had a single complaint to BBB.

    This patient has been under our care for nearly two decades and has always expressed her satisfaction and love for our services. As an elderly with challenging health issues, she had had heart procedures performed at the hospitals. The patient informed us that her son wanted to change her insurance. We got it together quickly but waited for a proper signature from the patient. Further, we waited from the hospital portion for her complete records. When we received a verifiable signature of the patient, all the pieces of information were ready and were given to them in person. They have already picked up the complete records; before this, your letter dated July 10, 2023, was written.

    We intend to continue providing the best services for our patients and community.
