      I dont know who needs to help us on this but this company is a disaster and we will fight to get our money back! From the time I called as a new client to the time they returned my dirty rug that was never cleaned or treated. We got our rug back earlier today and just look at the photos! Our rug has the same stains and dirt stains from the time we gave it to them for pick up. Our rug was never cleaned and treated! They left it in their truck for almost two weeks and took our money. Complete ROBBERY! **************** is so bad. You can never get anyone on the phone. There was a time when I had to call 3 different numbers just to get a hold of someone. When I did get someone on the phone, they hung up on me multiple times. They dont call and give you a heads up when theyre coming for pick up and delivery. They have no common courtesy of your time. I am absolutely appalled by the fact they returned our rug untreated and thought we wouldnt notice! The rug had dried leaves, dried grass and even dried particles of mud when we unrolled it. The rug wreaked of odor, dust and dirt! This company is a DISGRACE!

      Do not trust this company. They took my rug to clean and never returned it. Despite weeks of calling, no one can return the rug or explain what happened to it and the customer service agents have admitted they are embarrassed by this operation and I have been told that only a "manager" can help me. A manager is never available. We are looking into pursuing small claims actions as we have exhausted any other options. I would highly recommend you avoid this company at all costs.

      We recently hired Kiwi Carpet Cleaning to clean our home's carpets and air ducts. We were extremely pleased with their service as our carpets looked as good as new once they had finished. They even provided us with an option to return within the same year at an affordable price in case we needed our carpets cleaned again. We found their cleaning solution impressive, as it left our carpets looking and smelling fresh and dried much faster than other carpet cleaners we have used. The technician who came to our home was also very professional.
